Shipping
I ship to anywhere in the world, free.
I will determine the shipper, provide tracking and package the artwork securely.
​I will stay in communication with you during the process.

If your artwork is commissioned and in works I will provide an estimated timeframe. If it is for sale I will include expected timing for shipping with the tracking number.
A signature confirmation is required for delivery.
Returns
I want you to enjoy your original Jennifer Lukacs artwork.
If you are not happy with your artwork, contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging must be used and in good condition, and return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be provided. I will then notify you at the approval or rejection of your refund. Modified, damaged or otherwise altered artwork will not receive a refund. Items returned carelessly will not receive a refund, especially if damaged in transit or lost. I will request a tracking number from you for any returns or you are not guaranteed a refund.
